Our Higher Purpose:
The Voyage Institute is an organization that seeks out and recognizes the world’s best and brightest up-and-coming scientific geniuses, promising young scientists, and talented scientific minds. We especially endeavor to support those who may, for a variety of reasons, be overlooked, underprivileged, under-represented, or simply may not be aware of their talents and how their lives will be changed by entering into this exciting field. The Voyage Institute will provide the staging ground for such brilliant minds, and an opportunity for them to become known, as they secure a place in the world of science. The Voyage Institute is fully committed to supporting their scientific education and development with financial assistance and other means wherever possible.

Win the Opportunity of a Lifetime:
Through The Voyage Institute, talented individuals with scientifically inclined minds from all over the world will have the opportunity to present their creative and innovative projects to the independent scientific panel, for evaluation and rigorous judging. Each winner will be rewarded with a scholarship, and a chance for a life-long career in the 21st Century technological society.

Why Bioscience Scholarships:
By leveling the playing field in one of the fastest growing sciences in the world, we will provide a means of bridging the gap between the scientifically developed countries and those that are less developed. We want to reach those super-intelligent and very young scientists who have the skills and talents, but lack the financial resources to pursue their life’s dreams. It is The Voyage Institute’s way of giving to the community at large, and to reach out to the under-represented, under-served and disadvantaged students who may not yet realize their potentials or dreams. We firmly believe it is one way to solve global poverty, health care needs, and disease crises - and to help bridge the gaps between cultures, races and people. In doing so, we will make a small, yet significant contribution toward helping make the world a more unified and understandable society. By reaching out, we will help communities and countries to retain their brightest and most brilliant minds, and develop the infrastructure required for their economical, political, financial, social, educational and scientific growth and development. A tall order, to be sure, but many a big change was made from such a small beginning.

All young scientists have the potential to become that scientific researcher and developer, who can solve some of the world’s daring problems such as HIV, cancer, drugs, communication, diabetes, hunger, environmental issues and more. Who really knows who may have the skills to unlock the mysteries of the 21st century’s ever-changing problems?
